The Riad is very quaint and charming. The decor is done very tastefully. The owner, Laurence, was amazing and took great care of us. I mentioned to her last minute that I was Gluten Free and she arranged for GF bread and cookies for me for breakfast every day. Said, Suleman, and their wives were great and very attentive to our needs. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious and bathroom came with everything we needed and robes too!!! Riad was always fragrant with orange blossom scents and it was so romantic. It is a MUST to stay here, if you visit Marrakech!! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The Riad interior is beautiful! Room was very clean and everything was very nicely decorated. The breakfast on the rooftop was excellent, best we had in Morocco and great service, they even served omelettes. The hospitality of the owner and all the staff was very attentive and friendly and really made us feel so relaxed and comfortable! The location is great, right by the souks markets, very easy walk to main square and restaurants. It was very hot when we were there so the refreshing pool was great to cool off. Our flight was delayed and we came late on Saturday evening when traffic was crazy and we couldn’t find parking, but we called and they found us parked on the side of the road and helped us find parking and took our bags to the Riad!

Highly recommend, service was 🙌

Amazing. Location was perfect, close to everything but still kind of secluded. The hotel interior was beautiful, and the staff was so welcoming. Super warm, as if you had just arrived to a family members home. They went above and beyond and always made sure we had everything we needed. Quite simply, a delightful and lovely place to visit. We recently stayed for 6 nights at the Riad in early May 2025 to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The Riad itself is gorgeous, and the breakfasts varied but always filling and sumptuous. They were served on the rooftop in delightful surroundings. We were so impressed with the level of personal attention, service and kindness from Laurence and all of the team there. They were also super flexible with timing for us, they could not have been more helpful. That visit will certainly stay in our minds for a long, long time. Highly recommended.

As a person that usually uses modern hotels I tried this Riad and now the bar is set for Riads. Attention to detail from the owner and their team was an eye opener. The owner actually comes and talks with you. The place is immaculate too. The breakfast is huge and couldn’t finish either day and I am one that can eat double my weight

We feel very lucky to have stayed here after a two-week tour of Morocco. The owner and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.The riad is lovingly restored to the afro-andalusian style by the owners. One of our precious memories of Morocco is simply spending time relaxing in the riad.

Absolutely magical! Our stay at this riad in the heart of Marrakesh’s medina was nothing short of perfect. Nous avons fait plusieurs riad et hotels au Maroc, et la Riad Charme d’Orient a été de loin la plus exceptionnelle que nous avons fait. Tout, de l’accueil par Said, Sofian et Fatima, la communication avec Laurence, la propreté, service personnalisé et calme de la Riad fait qu’elle est un incontournable si vous voulez visiter Marrakech. Elle a fait de notre séjour dans cette ville un véritable plaisir. La ville bouge beaucoup, peut être stressante mais dès que nous entrons dans la riad nous nous sentons chez soi. Mention spéciale, l’odeur dans la riad et les chambres, nous avons adorés❤️ il n’y à aucune autre riad avec une organisation / gentillesse / personnelle autant incroyable.
