As instalações do hotel são perfeitas! Confortáveis e bem cuidadas. O restaurante tem boas opções a preços justos e as opções de lazer são boas e variadas. Senti falta apenas de uma academia. Pena que o tempo não nos permitiu aproveitar as piscinas ou a praia, mas com certeza, o Torres da Cachoeira é a minha opção em Floripa a partir de agora!

O hotel é bem agradável, sendo um dos melhores da região. O café da manhã é bem servido, apesar de repetitivo. A praia é bem bonita e as piscinas também. Um excelente lugar para descanso. Destaco como melhoria a questão da limpeza, achei bastante pó no quarto, o que me desencadeou uma crise alérgica e um dos dias a limpeza deixou a limpeza incompleta, deixou o lixo sem saquinho, a lata de lixo em cima dos armários e não colocou toalhas limpas, deixou as usadas no chão do banheiro. Acredito que esqueceu. No demais, o atendimento é bom...

Hotel precisa ser mais atencioso com a limpeza, principalmente áreas comuns, mas a comida que serve no restaurante é muito boa, café da manhã poderia ser melhor se tivesse um rechaud pra manter aquecido os pratos quentes, comi ovos frios. Atendimento excelente, boa localização!
