Overall, the room was absolutely disgusting. We booked a King - Smoking room, #218 to be exact. When we walked in there were ashes on the floor, dead bugs, and there were sticky brown drippings of who knows what dripping off the pictures on the wall, there was a rag left in the corner of the bathroom with what appeared to be blood on it, dirty hand prints smeared down all of the walls, then to make things worse, when we pulled the covers back on the bed to check for bugs - there were burn marks all over the sheets and pieces of skin on the comforter. The staff was overall nice when I called for them to bring us new sheets for the bed. When she brought us new sheets and covers, she saw the room and even agreed that is was nasty. She stated that they had been having problems with housekeeping lately and apologized for how nasty the room was. The review wouldn’t let me upload a video so I screeshotted pieces of my video
