Kitchen was stocked. Tub didn't drain the first night, retrieved a plunger from desk, and got it to drain. Informed front desk that it was draining, but slowly, recommended maintenance fun a snake down drain. No maintenance man (on vacation), so just dealt with slow drain. Parking lot and sudewalks were a sheet of ice first 2 nights, no salt to be seen. Otherwise, nice stay.

When we first got there i was informed that the pool area was closed. Nothing was mentioned before or during booking. It was one of the selling points for my kids. The second day they turned off our hot water and i was constantly blamed for the leak in the lobby. They continued to constantly call my room asking if we were running water every 45 minutes. They even came waking up my toddler in the middle of the night(1/2AM) to check if the leak was caused from my room. Come to find out that it wasnt because of my room. There was no apology no compensation. It was completely different from the last time i was there

1) The water was barely warm enough to use in the shower. It took about five minutes to reach lukewarm. 2) The TV was not a smart TV and had one channel that worked. That channel was CNN. 3) The water pressure in the shower was incredibly low. It barely lasted long enough to finish our shower. 4) Just for ambience, the roof in the lobby was leaking badly. This doesn't REALLY matter but it does fit the vibe.

From the time we arrived the staff was great. The teenagers were happy with free laundry service and the mini store downstairs. Having a gas station with fresh food so close (walkable!) was perfect. Free laundry units downstairs was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way. My only concern is the cleanliness of the room, but we made the best of it. Only 20 minutes from Hershey Park, plenty of food options around and a 24hr has station for all of our needs. Cleanliness could be better; drawers and floor had some debris, but we didn't spend much time in the room itself except to sleep. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and having use of microwave and ice maker was an added bonus. Will 100% stay again when we come back to Harrisburg!

The hotel was fine. No ice machine. It's in the room and you need to make it yourself. Which is fine but did not know that. I enjoy the big bottles of products in the room however, my body wash and hand wash were completely empty. The towels were very limited when we checked in and the front desk had to give us gym towels. Again, which is fine but just something to note. It was a fine hotel and convenient to where we were going.

This hotel is 12 years old. I have stayed here three times. Clearly, top management is neglecting this facility. The chairs in my room would not even be fit to donate to Goodwill. Torn and worn. The air conditioning reeked of a pet odor when used. Had to open the window to get a nice smell in the room. Many areas of the hotel had worn carpet. The lobby furniture was even worn. Cigarette butts were all over the parking lot. Staff was very nice and accommodating

Pick this one.

This location was in a nice area. I was shocked how nice the room set up was with a full fridge, cooktop, dishwasher and all the supplies needed to use. Everything was cleaned. I would totally stay here again. Check in was so easy and as well as check out. They have small little shop area for food items that was great. They have coffee too with yummy creamer. I uber from the Amtrak.
