Used to stay here under different name. Very clean room but the reception was kind of temporary set-up. Only considering the guest room, very enough and comfortable to stay but lots more improvements needed for the public spaces including elevator halls and the reception spaces.

The room was comfy and the staff were all helpful. The location was not easy or close to MRT stations so you have to be ready to walk 15ish mins from Zhongshan station.Or you should take bus from Taipei main station.

It was.... ok. it was ok. Facilities were right about what they were worth, but there were definite stains and a bit of a smell coming from the carpet.

The room was spacious, and staff was helpful. Room was 4/5 clean, not dusty. But there was some mold on the walls and a little smelly. And the air conditioning unit needs an update. You need to hold the remote about an inch from the reveiver in the ceiling for the controller to work. And it either gets freezing cold or I have to turn it off. The bed was firm, nice they provide 2 pillows per bed. The windows and walls are not sound proof. So you will hear outside traffic and room next door.

L'etat des parties générales est médiocre, la moquette au sol est vielle et sale tout est poussiéreux. Les rideaux de la chambre étaient troués et poussiéreux. Il y avait de moissisure dans la salle de bain, le rideau de la salle de bain en était plein. J'ai eu un mot d'excuse et des biscuits.

立地についてはMRTのどの駅からも距離があり遠いです。 中山地下街の「R79　誠品書店（エレベーター有）」の 出口から徒歩で約8分でした。ホテルすぐ近くにある youbikeを使えば主な観光地は十分にまわれます。 設備について、共用部に洗濯機と乾燥機あり。 フロント階には給水機と電子レンジあり。

8/1入住兩日雙人房，雖然離捷運站有一小段距離，約步行15～20分可到中山站或雙連站，若不趕時間的人，可以漫步閒逛，周圍販賣飲食與生活用品很齊全。 房間整體規劃與使用上也滿意，空調也涼爽不悶熱，床具軟硬適中，枕頭每人可各有兩顆，一軟一硬可自行調整。 衛浴方面的淋浴、盥洗、泡澡都很舒適，也有免治馬桶，也有簾幕可供遮蔽。 緊鄰林森北路，外頭的聲響會較多，隔音狀況較弱，對於噪音敏感者可能會較不適，若不介意者一樣可以秒睡。 櫃檯與客房服務態度良善，有問題都可以諮詢解決。

1人旅からグループまでオススメ

４泊しました。 台湾によくあるビルの中がホテルというスタイルで３階がフロントです。 MRTの中山駅と雙連駅間の地下街の中間あたりの地上に上がるエレベータから地上に出てまっすぐ東に歩くとホテルがあります。どちらの駅からの時間は15分ぐらいになりますが、雨でなければあまり苦もなく歩いていけます。 目の前が有名な小籠包のお店だし、周囲には飲食店も多数あり、困ることはない。YouBikeのステーションもそばにあるので、近場の観光地やグルメ、ショッピング も十分楽しめる。 部屋は価格の割に広く窓も大きく明るさや開放感があります。バスルームはウォシュレットトイレとバスタブありですので日本人的にはよろしいかと。 歯ブラシ等アメニティが廃止されているので自分で準備しておく必要があります。スリッパも無し。 特に良かったのは洗濯機と乾燥機の使用が無料、洗剤も無料なこと。何日分も貯めた洗濯物を一気に処理できました。 一点気になったのは、毎日の部屋の清掃もやってくれていましたが、シャワーカーテンの裾がとても汚れていたので浴槽に浸かるときにカーテンを浴槽内に入れることができませんでした。こういうところの普段の清掃は大事だと思います。 非常にコスパは良く、中山地区では穴場ではないかと思います。今後も、このホテルを利用したいと思いました。
