Café da manhã bem farto com muita diversidade, mas poucas opções para celíacos. Tive uma experiência não muito agradável na primeira noite , pois havia muitos barulhos como se houvesse uma festa e um barulho de máquina ao amanhecer bem forte, mas após falar com a recepção, na noite seguinte já não houve ruído algum. Tendo assim uma noite bem tranquila como era de se esperar. No meu ver :O Hotel precisa de uma atualização.

Chegamos e não localizavam a reserva dos dois quartos. Após localizarem nos deram um dos quartos inferiores e pra duas pessoas, a reserva que tinha feito era para três pessoas. Após reclamar conseguiram um novo quarto com a capacidade reservada oara três pessoas e com decoração mais nova.

A piscina infantil estava com sujeira, a piscina também não estava funcionando os jatos , no quarto o chuveiro saindo pouca água. Minha conta de extras deu o valor total de $100,80 pedi para o Recepcionista se daria para dar um desconto de $0,80 centavos ele não negou dizendo que iria faltar no caixa ! Tudo bem …No mais tudo bem, hotel tem uma localização ótima e um bom hotel no geral.

O QUARTO QUE FICAMOS TINHA VISTA PARA A RUA LATERAL. A VISTA ERA BONITA MAS: A JANELA DE VIDROS NÃO ABAFAVA O RUÍDO. OUVÍAMOS ATÉ AS VOZES DAS PESSOAS QUE PASSAVAM NA CALÇADA. AS CORTINAS ERAM CURTAS FAZENDO COM QUE NÃO BLOQUEASSEM A LUZ DO SOL. ENFIM, O SONO NÃO FOI NADA TRANQUILO E REPARADOR. OUTRO PONTO DE MELHORIA A DESTACAR: FECHARAM O ESPAÇO KIDS 40MIN ANTES DO HORÁRIO PREVISTO PARA O FIM DO FUNCIONAMENTO. SEGUNDO RELATOS HAVIAM POUCOS FUNCIONÁRIOS PARA ATENDER A DEMANDA. Sempre ficamos neste hotel e quando chegamos a banheira do quarto estava com cabelo, além disso houve demora na entrega das toalhas do quarto que faltaram. Mas o que me deixou chateada foi no café da manhã pois chegamos 10 minutos antes de finalizar o café e, mesmo conosco e com outros casais e famílias dentro houve uma grande movimentação de retirada de alimentos e utensílios (pegador, colher, garfo) tive que comer o pão sem manteiga e tive que pegar o pão com a mão pois a moça me disse que era para pegar no carrinho que eles estava recolhendo. Achei uma tremenda falta de respeito e empatia com os hóspedes que chegaram ainda quando o café da manhã não tinha finalizado. Espero e aguardo resposta!
