So this property is in bad need of a renovation. The carpets of the rooms looks like they’re from the 70s. Still, the doors are very old as well. The windows were rickity and there was construction next door with heavy machinery creating a lot of noise. In the end, we did not stay here. We did ask to cancel and for a refund, but we’ve heard nothing back from the management. My recommendation is find somewhere else to stay.

The property was built in 1980 and the room allocated had not really received any upgrade since construction. The room felt miserable. The missing tea tray was provided on request but clearly not all residents asked. The rooms illustrated on the marketing material appeared quite superior with little variance in price to what we paid. The marketing material also shows people enjoying a drink in the lounge although this was forbidden. The breakfast was good and breakfast staff cheerful. The overall experience felt mean at Killarney prices.

Killarney View House was a lovely spot with great ownership. The B&B was just outside of town but still walkable into downtown Killarney. The breakfast was great and a sitting room with fireplace was lovely. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Killarney.

We were very disappointed with this accommodation the room was extremely small you could barely move the bathroom door wouldn’t close it had a gap no window covering on the window so the light came in the whole time. The curtains in the room would barely close the noise from the street and people delivering things in the morning very noisy The bed was so soft it was like a bouncy castle No where to put any luggage because the room was so small I would definitely say miss this accommodation there is plenty more places in Killarney

Despite advertising that the accommodation had been recently refurbished this B&B has not left the 1970’s. There is no TV in your room. The WiFi was non-existent. No tea and coffee facilities in your room and one room had no heating! Breakfast - where do you start, limited options is being polite. White bread only, whole milk and concentrated orange juice. No option of cereal or fruit. The manager was rude and unhelpful. However on our second day two amazing staff listened to our requests, were helpful and smiled!! They definitely tried to improve our experience. For the money spent you can most definitely get better else where, more likely at the hostel further down the road!!

The room was cold. No TV in the room. One bedside locker for a double bed. Light pull on shaver in bathroom black with dirt. We shared a hand towel and there was no bath mat when stepping out of shower. No lighting in the guest car park at rear of property. No cereal offered at breakfast. The milk also split on the surface of my husbands coffee, I then opted for black tea. Other couples also had similar issues with milk. There was no inquiry as to whether we were comfortable, or had a nice night. STINGY

Perfect location for our family of 5!

We would absolutely come back to stay here! Mary, Earishka and the staff were such lovely hosts! The location couldn’t be more perfect and the breakfast was excellent! We were happy to find a room that could accommodate our family of 5 comfortably! One of the highlights of our trip.

Sehr netter Empfang mit netten Kaminzimmer , leider waren unser Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet mit sehr einfachen Betten. Den Föhn gibt es auf Nachfrage am Empfang… das Frühstück ist auch sehr einfach entweder einen Toast mit Ei oder Toast mit Wurst oder Pancake . Von aussen sieht das Haus sehr nett aus.
