客室は清潔に掃除されており、バスタブも小さいながら極小というわけではないので、よかったです。 また、スタッフの方々も感じが良く、良いホテルでした。立地が繁華街や秋田ミルハスからは近いのは良いですが、秋田駅からは少し離れているので、冬（雪があるシーズン）に歩いて駅まで行くのはちょっと遠いかもしれません。
