It's my favorite hotel in Puebla. It's a beautiful hacienda-style hotel in a very private and peaceful location. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They also have a lovely restaurant with great service and excellent food. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and quiet.

Staff, as always, very friendly and helpful. The food wasn’t great but we love staying here because it is perfect if you have a couple dogs traveling with you as there is a very large green area right behind the rooms. Also, you park literally feet from the door to your door.

Short stay, cannot rate everything

I booked this hotel for the first night in Mexico during a mountaineering trip, due to it's proximity to Walmart and parking abilities. The hotel entrance was difficult to spot, but following GPS navigation it was easy to drive down to the reception. I arrived late in the evening, but reception was still okay. Room was clean - stylish glass work space and oversized drawer was nice design but perhaps not the most practical furniture. Good availability to hot running water in the showers and good breakfast. There was a big corporate/faculty meeting outside the breakfast room with speakers, but this is probably unusual. The hotel room was quiet. View from the room limited due to trees. Only downside I can think of is the nearby river Atoyac, which produced a smell outside, probably due to long drought. The location is also not ideal for visiting the historical center by foot, but it is good if you want to visit the nearby shopping malls Walmart and Las Animas. Finding food if arriving late could be a challenge in the vicinity, I bought stuff from Oxxo 10 min walk from the hotel. Cannot grade the hotel restaurant as it was closed the short time I spent here.
