They have a great water park for kids and adults. There are 3 slides (one with a 2-person tube and 2 for single riders), a lazy river, and 2 nice pools at the resort. There is also a beach area where they have an inflatable water obstacle course plus beach stuff to rent. The buffet breakfast was great. I highly recommend this place for any travelers or locals looking for a stay-cation.

Great hotel devices(pool and water slide) for kids, beach activities( SUP,canoe,sea castle …) all free for hotel guests, two things need to improve: 1) duvets and covers have bad smell , we have one suite and one room both had this issue , 2) pools not open in the nights besides weekend. We stayed 5 nights in the hotel but only two nights can enjoy night pools…

Me and my family loved it here. The view from our room es exceptional it has a view of the ocean and the pool. i like that they have a free snack bar for the guest. The Hotel staff are very nice too.Our favorite is the pool slide. we had so much fun.Zanpa beach is just walking distance from the hotel which is very convenient they also offer more acitvities there like jet ski, dragon boat and much more. I wish we can stay more days but we will definitely coming back here.

Early June stay. Pros: Large rooms, nice bidet toilets with separated bath/shower room. Friendly staff. Slides and lazy river great for families. Huge parking lot. Able to eat off site purchased food in lobby with tables. Free drink bars at certain times with delicious drinks. Cons: Pool closes quite early. Hotel shops very overpriced for basic things like sandals. Need a car to get around to food and convenience stores.

You can only reach this by Shuttle Bus or car. Food in the evening only as a buffet 50.- EUR per person. We did it once. Was good. you need to arrive early because the close at 9.45 pm Same for breakfast a bit expensive. Restaurants are arround. You will neeeed taxi which is not expensive..

Room for improvement

The hotel has positives and negatives, let's get the latter out the way first. Negatives - No seats on room balcony - Hotel has 189 rooms and approx. 120 loungers around the pool. The number of rooms vs loungers just doesn't work. - Beach toilets disgusting. I don't expect luxury on a beach but I'd expect soap and hand towels. - Hotel and rooms could do with a coat of paint. - On the beach you get one lounger and umbrella per hotel toom, with 4 in a room what use is that? There was no option to pay for additional loungers. - Despite signs saying you can't reserve pool loungers most days all were reserved by 8.30am with staff doing nothing about it. The Positives - Good facilities in general - Pool area was lovely, especially the waterslides - Breakfast buffet was good - Car Park was more than adequate - Free bar from 3pm-6pm and 9pm-11pm - Room size was good - Cold soft drinks available (free) all day from Poolside bar - Inflatable water park at beach was great fun, also free - Dinner buffet included free bar - Good range of shops We had a great week but the criticism is somethings the hotel does very well and others not so much. My criticism comes from the hotel cost, our trip wasn't cheap so I'd expect certain levels of features and facilities. The positives outweigh the negatives, we'd probably stay there again.

water park several pools one small one for kids a lazy river an adult only pool,lunch at the pool bar the food's good they also have a buffet there. Throughout the day you'll get unlimited soda and water and coffee or tea would definitely get the breakfast buffet for the morning you get a very big variety of food it is the same food everyday they don't change it. maybe change it up every 3-day rotation would be nice The dinner buffets a little smaller you do get sushi and you get alcohol variety of beers wines and I believe there is liquor even there. But that's why it's $50 for the day in US dollar. It's better just to book it when you book the hotel room because then you book it for the whole thing and you'll save money if you're going to do it everyday .there is a restaurant you can walk to at the entrance of the complex there's a little shopping plaza there with a restaurant you can get ice cream there and snacks and souvenirs. also you can walk to the lighthouse it's not that far and there's another place where you can get food and souvenirs and camping equipment over there and then you also get the beach across the street with your hotel stay you'll get one lounge chair per day per room bring your own towels and you'll get to use the jungle gym that's in the ocean for 50 min, you get a discount on the Motorsports, you get paddle boarding with the room as well. The lighthouse is not that far away it is a nice walk there they also have a playground a basketball court at
