Rooms were clean but there was strong smell of someone smoking cigarette the whole morning and when we complained, there was not much response from the staff! Despite several rooms being available closer to lobby and reception, we were given a room far away in the corner in second floor which felt like partial treatment as the hotel had many foreigner guests! Overall, it was OK experience, location is bit interior from the main road! Just outside is a stand with bunch of local taxi drivers who bullied our taxi driver as they wanted ‘lot’ more money from us! For a Rae of 3000 INR for a whole day, the hotel gave us a quote of 6500 INR plus taxes! Not happy at all!!!!!

Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Worst experience

I am very disappointed with the room they have provided me. It was very humid and even the door handle when we entered the room was fully wet with water drops. The passage area was very wet and slippery and there were no windows or balcony. It was very suffocating so we decided not to take the room and we checked out without staying at the hotel. We booked hotel for 3 nights and after many emails hotels.com was able to get us refund half the booking amount.
