Very professional and good staff. Rooms were spacious, very clean and very well designed. Restrooms were also spacious. Hot water from in the shower always. The cleaning crew was amazing. Pinki created art with towels for us on the bed. Sees restaurant was really good service and so was the breakfast. The hotel felt spacious and just pleasant.

The hotel itself is excellent with nice amenities, nice fixtures, super clean and friendly staff. There are three restaurants inside the hotel that are also top-notch. My only complaints were on the first night, we had to request water more than four times before we were given water in room service. And despite having a smart TV in our room, it did not come with the remote and we had to request it after the fact.

Excellent location. We stayed there during Durga puja time so that we can walk to diff pandal in the vicinity. It is also at the heart of Gariahat area so you can walk to many shopping area. Hotel room was little smaller compared to other Hyatt hotel and if you have car, parking will be little difficult. But you can get all other types of transport (taxi, auto etc) very easily. The room was clean and stuff were courteous. Breakfast was ok, did not do lunch/dinner this time as we roamed around.
