The hotel is always hopping with people by the pool, lobby and restaurant. It has a great energy level. The food is delicious. Many locals eat here. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. FREE parking. It is my favorite hotel in St Petersburg.

We have been coming to the Hollander for years and we are never disappointed. Only wonder why we don’t come more often. Everything you want is there a great pool, pool bar, great restaurant with reasonable prices. It is an older boutique hotel, and has loads of charm. And you can walk to the water from there or other areas of downtown.

The staff at the front desk were amazing, very friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Great restaurant and bar with very efficient servers. The only issue, although minor, was the parking. Unfortunately, there were several weddings in the area, including the one we were attending, which resulted in a full booking for that weekend and very tight parking. Aside from that we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something in that area.

Being an older building, the noise level in the hallways and between rooms is very noticeable. Mattresses could use to be replaced as well. Very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location great - parking a huge plus, food excellent as well.

Liked everything except the Sunday parties open to the public with DJ from1-6 at the pool. It was crazy! There was no room for the people actually paying a premium rate to stay at the hotel. Would not return due to that fact. The parties happen every Sunday. Could not spend a relaxing day at the pool on Sunday

Great little hotel in a fantastic location. A super quick walk to plenty of restaurants & museums. Both the restaurant & bakery in the hotel were good-we ate there multiple times because my kids liked it so much. Pool was clean & not super busy. Staff was extremely helpful & pleasant.

I booked this hotel for Reggae Rise Up because it was suggested by a friend. The staff here was so friendly and helpful. The Taproom had delicious food and drinks. My only complaint was the parking situation and the bed. The bed was as hard as a rock.
