We stayed 4 nights over the busy New Year period. The hotel is in a pretty good location, about 8-10 mins walk to the beach and a bit further to Walking Street. Check-in was smooth, and our suitcases were securely kept from our early arrival to official check in. The room was of a good standard and the pool was decent. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choice and many of the dish types changed daily. If one criticism it was that the pool bar wasn’t sufficiently staffed during happy hour, such that the poor young guy on his own was run off his feet. Would stay again.

The location of the hotel is nice. Little away from the bustle of main road. Yet very close. Nicely maintained property. Staff is very warm n friendly. Close to many important things. 7 eleven Currency exchange Indian dining options. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. Kids loved the property too.

Very good suite room. Bathrooms and the balcony were very spacious. Snacks and water refill every day was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Final day early morning checkout was handled very well with breakfast prepacked and ready. Pool and gym was very well maintained. Location was awesome with the only issue being the backside of the building smelling a little bit (overlooking from our balcony). But everything was walking distance - night market, beach, restaurants. Breakfast was awesome everyday with great variety. We loved our stay at the RAMADA and highly recommend it.

The location is the only thing decent about this place. Ramada should pull their name from this place. Housekeeping doesn’t exist and the rest of the staff is very unfriendly. Breakfast is like feeding time in a zoo. I will definitely not stay there again nor will I stay in another Ramada hotel.

It is a shame that Ramada at this location is managed so poorly. I had a better impression of Ramada and other places I have seen better. At this place it seemed like they didn’t care much about the rooms such as broken things, no closet, bathroom amenities are broken such as shampoo bottles and so many broken and old and outdated items. Very disappointed with the property. I won’t stay at another Ramada since I got this impression from this one.
