Highly recommend Samabe. Stellar rooms, amazing staff, incredible food, fabulous views, the beach Cabanas are a must. And so is the breakfast “in” the pool. The spa is pretty nice too. Traveled there with two kids and although the kids club was small , the kids had an amazing time.

The service in the hotel was excellent and the e-butler service was really good and very responsive. The staff were always extremely helpful and attentive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we would recommend the hotel. The cave dining on the beach was a lovely experience with 11 courses. The minor criticisms would be - there were construction works going on near our villa until late into late evening. Obviously this isn’t the hotels fault but it did mean our stay wasn’t as pleasant and meant we didn’t stay in the villa as much. The breakfast buffet didn’t have the variety you’d expect for the hotel rating and this could be improved upon.

Food was great (also reasonably priced), with more than enough options for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Our Family Suite with a view overlooking the ocean surpassed our expectations. This hotel/resort will not disappoint. There are some cheaper options but it was worth paying a little extra to ensure we had the best possible experience.
