Posto stupendo sempre profumato. Fantastica la terrazza con idromassaggio e l’hamman in house. Staff cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. La stanza era spettacolare, grande e con un materasso comodissimo. La vasca stupenda e con prodotti da bagno all’argan così buoni che li abbiamo comprati da portare a casa. Il costo non è poco ma il posto è veramente fuori dall’ordinario

Exceptional. The villa is beautiful and all the staff as lovely. All speak perfect English and can not do enough for you. When our air conditioning stop we were taken to a new room immediately and helped to move. The breakfast is plentiful and the evening meal was delicious and extremely flexible. Highly recommend. A wonderful hotel (Riad) with fantastic service, food and aesthetics. The riad and rooms all have a beautiful art deco design, all very calm and serene. Breakfast was very nice brought to you each day. Most people sat in one of the courtyards, though you have a choice. We ate in the restaurant one evening, very sophisticated and romantic. Food was excellent and good value. Service as I say was excellent every member of staff were polite and extremely helpful. The rooftop area where with sunbathed most days was beautiful, it has a jacuzzi. The pool looked beautiful but was we did not try it, possibly because of its location a floor down and was nothing the sun. We were offered free transfer to the airport and such a nice touch was the chicken sandwich to take to the airport (it was delicious). Location wise it is 20 it is 10 minute walk from the Kasbah and another 10 minutes to the main square. The location is quiet and felt safe. Overall a great value and I would highly recommend 👌 it.

A very beautiful hotel in Olsens the suite was amazing the staff attends you in all the ways so I can tell you it was an excellent option and also is in the city which allows you to walk around and get very fast by walking too many places of interest. Highly recommended.

A true 5* experience in the traditional sense. This place only has 10 rooms and if you embrace it, you become a member of the family for the duration of your stay. The whole team will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. I was very fortunate to stay in one of the suites and all I can say is WOW! Stunning and very comfortable. Breakfast every morning was tasty and plentiful and all made fresh by the team. Dinner was also excellent - so, so tasty. The Hammam experience was fantastic and I came away feeling refreshed and renewed. The location is a balance of being part of the Medina but without the chaos of the centre. Highly recommended if you’re seeking a traditional riad experience during your travels.

Grand Boutique hotel located in the centre of the town that puts some 5-Star places to shame. Samira’s staff and team were the best - nothing was too much trouble for them and we felt right at home - so much so that we extended twice! Highly recommended to experience that Marrakesh magic!

What a wonderful few days spent at Villa Makassar! Samira and Issam at Reception were generous with their time and advice, and available at all times. They made sure that every need was catered for - no request was too big or too small. Zakary was there to greet us with a different delicious breakfast each morning and Ismael was always on hand to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Hidden away in the old town, Villa Makassar is within easy reach of everything you might want to visit in Marrakech. In addition, it is less than a couple of hours away from the Atlas Mountains and Essaouira - which are also a must (Both trips organised with the help of Samira and Issam with a wonderful guide, Brahim.) The jacuzzi on the roof top terrace at the end of an adventure-filled day was absolute bliss. This was my first visit to Marrakech, but certainly not my last. I look forward to seeing you all again soon!
