Service was fantastic and room was great. Greeted with prosecco (water for our son) and cookies upon check-in. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great location - very walkable. Rooftop bar in the evening is a plus - quiet place to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. Plan to stay here again next time we are in Vienna.

My only complain would be the brekfast, didn't like the options, slow services, everyone was trying they're best but way too slow due to volume of people, plus too pricey for what i got. Definitely disappointed, wish was buffet style.
