Good price to value ratio

Very comfortable stay, clean and quite spacious. Good value for its price. The only thing that I could complain about is the need to call the reception to turn on the air-con because you can’t do it in the room.

Simple and good enough for shorter stays, of a maximum of 2 nights. Pleasant staff and good service. The bed was absolutely horrible, you could feel the springs in the bed which resulted in poor sleep. In addition, the air conditioning was poor as it is controlled from reception. And there was water leakage from the shower. Alot of noise from the inside and out.. The pool on the roof was good, but they closed it too early in the evening. The location to the center was a bit too far.

Very old and dated hotel, but comfortable enough for a short stay. Air conditioning was a bit weak, but good enough. Not somewhere I'd like to linger, but it was good enough for a quick overnight stay.

My watch has been stolen from my room!!!

I would say be careful and don't leave any belongings when going out of your room. My watch has been stolen while I was was out going to the beach in my last day of stay in Elysso hotel. I realised that I lost my watch when I arrived at the airport. I called the hotel and reported the problem to the hotel receptionist . I have been promised that the hotel manager will contact me, but no one did. I called three times after I got back home and no one bothered to contact me.

Disappointing Stay at Hotel Elysso – Would Not Recommend** I stayed at Hotel Elysso for two nights and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. **Room Issues:** From the first day, the shower faucet was a big problem. No matter if you turn it to the right, left, or keep it in the middle, only extremely hot water comes out—so hot it could burn you! There was no way to get cold or even warm water. **Noise Problems:** On the second night, around midnight, I suddenly heard a very loud industrial noise in my room. It sounded like a huge A/C machine or water pump. The noise was so strange and loud that it made it impossible for me to sleep. I went out to the balcony to check if the sound was coming from outside, but there was nothing—just silence outside. **Poor Customer Service:** I complained to the reception, and both the owner and the receptionist came to my room. They acted like they couldn’t hear anything or said the noise might be from outside. I asked to be moved to another room, but they completely ignored my request and just walked away. I even told them I had an early morning flight and needed to wake up at 6 am to be at the airport by 7, but they still didn’t care or offer any help. **Breakfast:** The breakfast was just okay. Give it a try

Very nice hotel with superior beds, the breakfast was good and continental. The staff was wonderful and told us many stories about the history of Cyprus. The pool on the roof was great, unfortunately the bar at the pool was closed tonight.

The property is clean and quiet. The staff is helpful, but they never respond on E-mail to my questions which are sent many days before my arrival. I had to contact Expedia to contact them. The hotel is also about half an hour walking to the centre of the city. So it is a little bit far, but the price is good.

Établissement vieillissant. La porte de la caine de douche est remplacée par un rideau suspendu de manière aléatoire... Des brûlures de cigarettes sur les meubles, le couvre-lit.. Une réception très souvent vide, impossible de trouver quelqu'un... Piscine très mal entretenue...
