공항 가기전 잠시 머물 생각으로 간 호텔. 모텔 수준도 안됨. 장점은 주변 구경, 야시장 부근, 바다 가까움.

이 호텔은 나트랑 해변 가까운 곳에 위치한 곳으로 쥬변 관광지 접근성은 뛰어나고 24시간 프련트 운영으로 몹시 편리한 호텔입니다. 그러나 시설이 노후하고 비치된 물품들이 부족한 곳입니다. 실제로 객실에는 커피포트 조차 없으며 공용의 전자렌지도 없고 화장지 등도 질이 떨어지는 제품을 비치해 두옸습니다. 아울러 수곤 등도 대형 밖에 비치하지 않아 작은 수건을 사용 하여야 할때도 큰 사이즈 밖에 없어 여러번 재 사용해야 했습니다. 다만 강점은 가격이 저렴하고 늦은 체크인과 직원의 친절도는 정말 큰 이점 이었습니다.

Comment : First room they give me is very dirty and a lot of ant and water on the floor. Staff & Reception Services : Reception attitude is bad and face not friendly , English speaking also not clear. Cleanliness Room : The second room they give quite okay, but staff attitude really not ok. Swimming Pool Cleanliness : Is quite dirty in the swimming pool,got tissue inside and the dark leaf. Location : Only the good is location,the street many food and restaurant to eat and the night market in front of the hotel but very small one the night market .But in the morning is quite noise . Total Comment : If i go Nha Trang again i will not to choose this hotel again. Is bad experience in this hotel.

Poor service

I dont really recomend the hotel because the service was horrible. I supposed to relax on my vacation but I was stressed out because of the horrible service of the hotel. Firstly, they kept my passport and When I requested it back they refused in a bad manner. I was worried about that and I contacted my embassy in Vietnam to try to solve it. After that, the staff called me asking me some information about my stay in a very very rude way. Finally, when I checked out they gave me back my passport but before it the clima was so tense because I wasn’t sure if they would do it. For all those things, I don’t recommend the hotel.

Rooms clean and comfortable, but pool was not.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable and seemed to be recently renovated. But, the pool water was not clear and looked greenish, and we couldn't swim.

Horrible

The hotel is in the centre of a noisy area surrounded by swarms of Russian and Chinese tourists. Other reviews of this hotel had mentioned the rude staff, which wouldn’t usually bother me. However, when I went to ask why the swimming pool is filthy, dark green coloured and unusable, the receptionist spent most of the conversation with her finger lodged in her nostril - she assured me the pool would be clean the next day, then the next day. Clearly they don’t care and the pool remained full of bugs and filthy for our entire stay. The rooms themselves are actually not bad and pretty clean, but my advice would be to avoid this hotel and Nha Trang itself at all costs. It’s a horrible overcrowded city, with vast numbers of people on the beach and a really unpleasant atmosphere. Also, the photos on hotels.com are very old and there is no ocean view as a hotel has been built directly in front. Construction is taking place all over Nha Trang, including right next to the hotel. Nightmare.

나이스 스완 호텔 위치 최상 ^^

4인 가족 나트랑 여행을 왔습니다. 돌아가는 비행기가 새벽이여서 시내 좋은 위치에 있는 숙소를 잡고 마지막으로 나트랑에서 먹고 싶은 음식, 하고 싶은 것( 마사지), 롯데마트에서 지인 선물 사고 짐 정리하고 깨끗이 씻고 나올 호텔을 찾고 싶었습니다. 나이스 스완 호텔이 마침 딱 드러맞더군요. 가격도 굿 위치도 굿~~ 체크인할때 직원분이 조금 툭명스러웠습니다. 아이들 여권은 필요없다며 돌려주시고 성인 여권은 체크 아웃시 돌려준다고 보관하고 있었구요. 중국분 단체 손님이 있어서 로비가 시끄러운 편이였고 엘리베이터는 두대가 있지만 정말 정말 작은거 1대랑 그거보다 조금 더 큰거 1대 였습니다. 총 12층 건물이였는데 저희는 12층 방을 배정 받았기에 엘리베이터의 영향을 더 받았던것 같습니다. 냉장고에는 큰물 2개 작은물 2개 있었는데 체크아웃시 금액을 지불하는듯 보였습니다. 드실분들은 확인하시기를 바랍니다. 방크기는 적당했고 침대도 무난 했습니다. 근데 에어컨이 너무 너무 약했습니다. 땀시키고 시원하게 쉬고 싶어 잡은 호텔이기에 더 더 그랬습니다. 혹시 나혼자 산다에서 스타일리스트 "한혜연"편 보신분 계실까요. 에어컨 나오는 자리가 정해져 있어 편한 침대 두고 쇼파에서만 잠을 청했던 그 모습 흡사 저희 가족이 그랬습니다. 첨에 에어컨 방향 컨트롤이 안되서 땀시키기 위해 서있었습니다. ㅎㅎ 무슨 시츄에이션인지... 그런데 거기에 기름을 붙는게 있었으니 그건 바로 공사장 드릴 소리 였습니다. 휴~~~ 더위와 소음이 겹치니 정말 짜증 지수가 올라가더군요. 공항 가기전 편하게 쉬고 싶어서 잡은 호텔이였는데 말이죠. 저희는 짐만 놓고 땀 잠깐 시키고 롯데마트 가서 장보고 다시 짐 놓고 저녁 먹고 발마사지도 편히 받고 호텔 앞쪽에 있는 야시장도 둘러보고 한참 밖에서 돌아 다닌 후에 다시 호텔에 들어왔습니다. 솔찍히 다른 카드를 꽂아 두고 나갔다 오면 에어컨이 어느정도 돌아가서 방이 시원해질 것을 기대했던 것입니다. 타 호텔들 그게 다 가능했거든요. 그런데 나이스 스완 호텔 방키는 다른 카드 보다 두껍고 일반 카드가 안맞는지 자동으로 꺼지고 호텔 카드로만 작동이 되더군요. TT 이건 쓸데없이 고 퀄리티 입니다. ㅎㅎ 웃음만 나오더군요. 하지만 사람은 환경에 적응을 잘하죠. 저희도 금세 적응 했습니다. 에어컨의 바람의 조절 방향을 바꿔 앉아서 바람을 맞게 하였고 샤워 후 가만히 핸드폰을 하거나 누워서 쉬었습니다. 그러기를 1시간 30분 한후 체크아웃 했습니다. 참 방에는 콘센트가 한개 있습니다. TT 화장실에 한개 있습니다. 4인 가족 충전하긴 턱없이 부족합니다. 4인 가족으로 예약했는데 수건은 큰거 2장이였습니다. 샤워젤 , 샴푸 없습니다. 있는건 치약, 칫솔, 비누만 있습니다. 다행이 저희는 빈펄리조트에서 쓰던게 남아 썼지만 없으신분들은 낭패가 예상됩니다. 꼭 꼭 챙기셔요. 나이스 스완 호텔 위치는 최상입니다. 나머지는 글쎄요. ^^

Disappointing

Hotel is in a good location but staff are not very friendly or helpful at all. The room did seem clean but there were a lot of bugs all around the chairs and floor around our bags.

photos on site do not represent with fidelity the site - Hotel is downtown, surrounded by many buildings either old and more or less maintainded or under construction. They say room with view, but not much view to see.kkk Rooms are a bit small although well arranged. Besides that, everything ok. Clean, confortable, good service, kind employees.

Very noisy at night

We stayed for two nights. Opposite the hotel there is a huge building being constructed and working 24 hours. Its very noisy especially at night.

値段は安いのに、部屋はキレイでした。従業員の方も親切で、洗濯やツアー申し込みも簡単にできました。海からも近く、店も周りにたくさんありとても良かったです。

Money to value.

Close to the down town. Fast check in and basic facilities. With steady hot water and cool air conditioner. If you don't mind the noise from the building site just opposite to the building, it is a fair good hotel with price to value in term. By the way, no safe box inside the room meant you need to deposit them in front desk with a plastic blended by plastic band.

j'ai pas aimer l'hôtel personnel non respectueux

Alors emplacement de hôtel vraiment bien après le reste catastrophique : Bouteilles d'eau du frigo jamais remplacer, verre utilisé jamais laver, du sang sur les draps, ménage bâclé, personnel super désagréable pour exemple ménage fait mais il oubli de mettre des draps leurs réponses ok même pas de pardon et encore moins de mots en plus juste ok ! À 7h du matin les femme de ménage parle super fort et ce foute de savoir si vous dormez ! fenêtre absolument pas insonorisées et encore moins les portes des chambres. Ménage piscine jamais fait non plus 4 jours qu'une canette de bière et une serviette sale traîne honteux comme hotel pour moi en vu du prix ! Hotel à 10 euros la nuit ok pas plus !
