Convenient and comfortable

We just stayed here for the 2nd time. The breakfast buffet is fairly nice, and the staff are all friendly. We stayed there as part of a Disney trip,and it is perfect for that. The room we were in was lovely and comfortable. We will most likely stay there again.

Brilliant hotel, the rooms were good and close to all you need in serris and if going euro Disney. We didn’t use the bus to euro Disney as it’s only a 10 min walk and well lit at night. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recently been renovated to a good standard.

Check in was quick and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small buthad really good facilities. The only thing inwould change is to have a toaster instead of a coffee machine as there is already a kettle. Unfortunately the noise dies travel through the wall and on one night there was a very noisy neighbour but overall idhappily stay again. This was my third stay

Hotel location is great for those who are planning to go to Disneyland and Val d'Europe shopping center. Breakfast is good. Staff are very helpful. Rooms maintenance, cleanliness and condition is terrible: we changed the room as there was spider webs on the ceiling, some electrical switches had short circuit and there were used toilet paper in the bathroom;and even the 4 rooms we checked before moving into another one were not way better though but we chose the least worse of them.

Very good hotel.Plenty of shuttle buses to take you to and from the park.The kitchen was adequate for making breakfast etc and a bakery was just along the road that did lovely filled baguettes etc. The swimming pool was good.The shopping centre was a 10 minute walk away and had restaurants.

Family trip to Disneyland

Excellent location for Disneyland and shopping centre, clean and comfortable apartment with good kitchenette. Only negative feedback is lack of a sharp knife and cooking spoon which would have been useful for our self-catering. Also, sofa bed was acceptable but not the comfiest. The double bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well located, just a stone's throw from Disneyland, and offers its own shuttle buses to and from the park. There’s also a large shopping center nearby for those interested in shopping. The service was good – the staff were polite, and communication went smoothly. It’s also possible to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the hotel feels a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The breakfast was also nothing special – it could definitely be improved.
