Nice hotel we used the Japanese style room with futon and in room shower. My GF had her period so it was good she didn’t need to use the onsen. Room was nice and big and very close to Matsumoto castle. Only thing I was disappointed was parking fee. It’s far from tokyo so I assume many would drive if not train so I was surprised to charged extra for the overnight parking.

チェックインの際荷物をうっかり椅子においていたらスタッフがお部屋に荷物を運んで下さいました。ベッドが寝心地が最高です。お風呂の際、タオルはお部屋からお持ち下さい。とありましたが、実際に行くとベージュの薄手のタオルの用意がありカラダを洗うにも上がってきてからのカラダ拭きにも使えてとても助かりました。

とても安らぐ民藝の雰囲気と周囲の街並みとの調和が素晴らしく、全てにおいて想像を超えて来ました。 スタッフの方も忙しい中、ホスピタリティ溢れる対応をしていただきとても嬉しかったです。 併設されている喫茶室八十六温館から別館に繋がる通路と階段に漂っている珈琲の香りがなんとも言えない趣きを演出していました。 近所に面白いお店が多いので、自転車を無料でお借りして松本のダウンタウン散策が出来た事が思い出になりました。 再び松本に訪れたくなる素敵な場所だと思います。また利用させて頂きます。

The cleanliness and condition of the Japanese style room was excellent with separate entrance, washroom, toilet and 3 tatami areas giving more than ample space for 3 guests. Breakfast was good and the staff efficient and helpful. Didn’t try the onsen as just a brief stop

松本城にも中町通りにも徒歩数分で立地が良かったです。アイスバーや水のペットボトル、和菓子等のサービスも嬉しかった。 浴場等のアメニティも充実しています。 最後に駐車場料金が1泊880円でチェックイン(15時)前に停めるなら二日分になると聞いていたので、チェックアウト時に1760円をフロントで支払いましたが駐車場を出る際にさらに300円の支払いが提示されて支払いました。 機械の誤作動なのか、チェックアウトして5分程度で出庫したのに不思議でした その件で星は4つにしました

居心地のいい、上質ホテル

初めての松本のホテル。暑い夏で車に雑多な荷物を置いておけず、預かっていただいたのですがチェックイン時にはお部屋にすべて運びこまれており頭が下がる思いでした。その節はありがとうございました。風呂あがりのリンゴシャーベットはドリンクとしても飲めてすごく美味しいです。駐車場がわかりにくかったのですが快くサポートしていただきありがたかったです。そして、ちょっとした質問への対応も迅速で逆に驚きました。ありがたかったです。 ホテル横に地元の方も利用されてる湧水があり何度も利用させていただきました。 秋にまたリピートさせていただくのを楽しみにしております。 夏は富山のお墓参りして東京に帰るまでの途中の宿泊先としてまた利用させていただきたいと思っております。
