Das Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss direkt gegenüber der Rezeption und unmittelbar neben der offenen Eingangstür nach draußen. Entsprechend war auch der Geräuschpegel. Das Zimmer selbst war spartanisch eingerichtet und sehr marode. DieKlinke zur Badezimmertür hatten wir fast in der Hand und man konnte froh sein, dass der Taster für die Toilettenspülung standhielt und nicht von der Wand fiel. Im ganzen Zimmer roch es zudem nach kaltem Rauch. Der Getränkekühlschrank sorgte für zusätzliche Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Der Aufenthalt war wie erwartet. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber neuwertig ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas hellhörig. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man darf halt kein 4* Hotel erwarten, das hat man ja schließlich auch nicht gebucht.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, nachdem sie bei meiner Buchung den Wunsch nach einem Doppelbett nicht berücksichtigt hatten. Ich bekam umgehend ein entsprechendes Zimmer. Frühstück und Parken (je 10€ pro Nacht) fand ich etwas teuer. Einfaches Hotel, welches sehr zentral gelegen ist, Fußgängerzone sowie Kurpark in 5 Min. fußläufig zu erreichen.

Poor service, good location

I have to say, the deluxe family apartment was clean and great location. Although the pillows were not comfortable. And originally we had 5 going, but the apartment would not fit 5 comfortably. There's 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and the bathroom is in the bedroom. There's another single bed and a pull out couch where the kitchen and table is. So the space would have been extremely tight. My biggest complaint was the service. Due to a family emergency, there was 5 of us suppose to be on the trip but only I could attend. We asked for a refund due to the circumstance, but the hotel wouldn't give that due to "policy". We were fine to just change the dates and they wouldn't do that without charging us an extra fee! Even though the hotel for those dates were a lot cheaper than what we paid for. I travel a lot to Germany and would have loved to find a "go to" hotel but sadly due to the customer service, I wouldn't recommend.

Das Hotel ist ok für den Preis, gut gelegen und ausgestattet. Enttäuschend ist, dass der Preis v.a. als Lockangebot genutzt wird, um dann über Reinigungsgebühr, Frühstück und Parkplatz mehr reinzuholen. So wurde sogar eine Reinigungsgebühr für eine nicht angereiste Person gefordert, Frühstück für Kinder kostet das Gleiche wie für Erwachsene. Für Familien mit Kindern nicht empfehlenswert.

endless stairs on a noisy street but don't trust their pictures

One of the beds we got seemed to be roughly similar to the marketing pictures.... nothing else was remotely close to expectations. the three bedroom 6 bed we thought we were booking turned out to be a cramped hot plate hovel with no real kitchen and no separate eating area. one nice king sized bed and 4 terrible death cots that would not be comfortable for a dog.
