The staff was friendly! The breakfast was amazing! They had an omelette station, which I’ve never seen in a hotel. The room was nice and cozy. Maybe a few upgrades in the bathroom but it was still nice. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

It's situated in a nice place in Frisco, near the mall. The parking was a fair price and I had no issues with safety, so that's another win. I stayed at this hotel from January 1st to 3rd. When I first opened the door to my room, there was a very strong food smell. I requested a room change at the front desk, but they refused, saying there were no other rooms available, and instead gave me an air freshener spray to use. Also, one of the elevators was broken, so all hotel guests had to use only one elevator. It was always crowded and very inconvenient. Furthermore, when I checked in, they asked for my car information, and later charged me for parking without any prior notice during check-in. Even the Hyatt Regency hotel across the street offers free parking... If you're considering staying at this hotel, be aware of the hidden parking fees. It's practically a scam. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
