Problemas no café da manhã e o com wi-fi

Durante o café da manhã o garçom se aproximou e sem pedir licença começou a retirar as coisas da mesa, num gesto que parecia tentando me expulsar do local. Não custava esperar eu sair para limpar a mesa, isso para mim configura um ato de desrespeito. Reclamei e a justificativa foi de que o restaurante é terceirizado e com "muita gente nova". Mas pra mim o maior absurdo foi que estava no quarto, fazendo home office e simplesmeste cortaram meu acesso ao wi-fi às 10h50 min. Liguei na recepção, pois achei que pudesse ter me confundido e o checkout ser às 11h, mas não, era só ao meio dia mesmo. E, para o meu espanto, a solução proposta foi me logar como visitante (sem nenhum pedido de desculpas). Mas o que chamou a atenção foi que 5 minutos depois reconectaram o login de hóspede, o que deixou bem claro que haviam cortado meu acesso antecipadamente, sem nenhum motivo!!! Lamentável!!!

A localização do hotel é boa, próxima do shopping Praia de Belas e a caminho do estádio Beira-Rio. O hotel possui um bom restaurante, com um café da manhã adequado. Contudo, a infraestrutura de alguns andares é um pouco ultrapassada. A manutenção de alguns quartos é urgente: o banheiro do meu quarto passou com o registro do chuveiro pingando. O atendimento da recepção é muito bom.
