Quarto não foi limpo, havia deixado toalhas para serem trocadas, cheguei ao hotel quase meia noite, e deparamos que o quarto não havia sido limpado. Tivemos que ir até a recepção solicitar toalhas limpas, e depois esperar que alguém os levasse. Fomos tomar banho de madrugada. Estou acostumada a viajar e ficar em hotéis pelo mundo, e confesso que este hotel foi o primeiro a não limpar o quarto. Disseram que o gerente ia contatar para esclarecer o que aconteceu. Contudo, infelizmente isso não aconteceu. Lamentável.

Quarto com cheiro forte de produto. Parte de omelette e tapioca no cafe despreparado para muitos hóspedes, apenas 4 bocas (deveria ser uma chapa). Extrema demora pra um pedido de ovos. Tv não tinha internet, liguei pra recepção e disseram que enviariam alguém da manutenção, nunca chegou. Fiquei sem. Concierge não muito simpático.
