Próperty it’s located in the getho, next to the strip club, NO AC, Bathroom is super small and nasty toilet, unfortunately NO refundable, what waste of money, shower is too small that if you drop the soap you screw, I wouldn’t come back not even for free, 3 worst days in Sept/2025. ***I wouldn’t recommend it””””

The place as understanding as we had some delays and didn't arrive until a day later but apart from that there was only one bad thing and that was the fact that there was a peice of paper that a previous guest had left in the bathroom but it was from March. We are in July

Positives and negatives

Area was sketchy as there were hookers outside close by. The hotel itself was ok but since there was no air conditioning we opened the window and had to listen to the workers from the strip club talking, laughing and arguing all night long. The beds were hard. I slept fine but my friend was very uncomfortable. Bus was right in front of hotel so good access to the rest of Berlin. Lots of places to eat near by. There was no breakfast but there was a coffee machine in the lobby. Overall, I would stay again in cooler weather so I wouldn't have to open the window.

A disgusting cesspit - avoid at all cost

Very poor hotel standards, including the dirty room, carpets, curtains, smelly bed linen and bathroom (two small threadbare bathroom towels. Only one electrical charging point in the room which was next to the bed and could only be used for one appliance at a time; either to recharge my phone or to plug in the bedside lamp. The appalling condition of the room, bathroom ceiling had stains and evidence of damp. The shower tray had been partly patched with tape and appeared unsafe and I could not bring myself to even take a shower in the hotel and I slept with my clothes on. Although I had booked 5 nights, I could not stay there for another night, the hotel was really disgusting and a disgrace, with Prostitutes operating in the area late at night. In my view not safe for women. I checked out of hotel at 11:00am on 7th September, escorted by hotel staff who knocked on my door and were waiting outside my room. I was charge €132.00 for the one night. Please, please, please avoid this hotel at all cost. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and written balanced reviews. However, this is by far the worst that I ever stayed and I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I have since read many Google reviews, and would encourage you to do the same. You’ve been warned!

Confermo tutte le recensioni recenti che ho letto prima di questa. Quando arrivi trovi la porta d’ingresso sfondata e ha attaccata con una fatiscente colla, io sono arrivato tardi e la cassetta contenente le mie chiavi conteneva tutte le chiavi delle altre camere. Per entrare in questa porta la serratura era sfondata. Entrato in hotel con fatica, trovo la la porta della reception chiusa e quindi non potendo prendermi un caffè, una lattina o qualcosa da mangiare. La camera si presenta veramente messa male non tanto come pulizia, ma vecchia con parti rotte e il bagno come negli anni 50. Ascensore degno di un film horror. La colazione non esiste e soprattutto le macchinette volendo prendersi un caffè funzionano a moneta e quindi bisogna aspettare il personale alla reception. Consiglierei di fare delle migliorie, ma in questo caso bisognerebbe rifare tutto quanto l’hotel. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Bekväm säng, vänlig receptionist, buss från stationen stannade precis utanför hotellet. REWE matbutik fanns 11 min promenad från hotellet. Prisvärt.

Finger weg! Nie wieder mehr!! Lage ist katastrophal. Hotel ist direkt über einer lauten Strip-Bar gelegen, wo bis morgens früh Lärm ist. Bin mehrfach nachts aufgewacht, weil ich dachte, jemand stünde im Zimmer, aufgrund des Lärms. Hotelzimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört auch alles, was auf dem Flur passiert. Tagsüber (und auch nachts) hört man die Autostraße sehr laut, da die Fenster nur schlecht isoliert sind. Kein warmes Wasser auf dem Zimmer, weder bei der Dusche noch im Waschbecken. Zudem kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden (Rinnsal), Zimmereinrichtung spartanisch und oll. Man ekelt sich und möchte lieber nichts anfassen oder die Schuhe ausziehen. Bei der Eingangstür im Hotel war die Scheibe eingeschlagen, dass hätte schon eine Warnung sein sollen. Morgens früh um 7:00 wird man davon geweckt, dass das Reinigungspersonal der Stripbar 30min lang das Leergut in dem Leergutcontainer direkt vor dem Hotel entsorgt. Werde nicht nochmal wiederkommen!

Me hospedé en este hotel y la verdad superó mis expectativas. Es un lugar sencillo, ideal si lo que buscas es un sitio para dormir, pero cumple muy bien. El personal es excelente, todos fueron muy amables y hablan inglés, lo cual facilitó mucho la comunicación. El cuarto estaba limpio, con agua caliente y buena presión en la regadera. No es un hotel de lujo, pero tiene lo necesario: te dan una llave física de la habitación, y si llegas después de las 10:30 p.m. te proporcionan un código para ingresar por otra puerta, ya que el lobby cierra. Un detalle a considerar es que no tiene elevador y solo ofrecen body wash y jabón de manos. La ubicación es práctica: a unos 30-35 minutos caminando de lo más turístico de Berlín, con una estación de metro a 3 cuadras y una parada de autobús a una cuadra. Cerca hay supermercados (Rewe), farmacias y restaurantes. Afuera incluso hay un cajero Euronet que acepta tarjetas internacionales. El edificio es viejo y está junto a un strip club, pero en ningún momento tuve problemas con ruido ni con la gente que frecuenta ese lugar. La zona es segura y bastante conveniente. Por el precio que pagué y comparado con lo que esperaba por algunos comentarios, la experiencia fue muy positiva. Lo recomiendo si buscas algo práctico, económico y bien ubicado para recorrer la ciudad.

Hotel utan charm. Utan nåt.

Förmodligen det sämsta hotell jag bott på. Här duger det att sova, inget mer. Det är gammalt och slitet. Möblerna kommer från närmsta loppis. På sin höjd vandrarhemsstandard med svenska mått. Här fanns ingen frukost att tillgå. Mitt rum låg utåt en starkt trafikerad väg, dygnet runt. Fönstrena var inte så isolerade så det var lika mycket ljud nästan när fönstret var stängt. Gardinerna gick inte hela vägen så omöjligt att mörklägga. Oavsett gick ljuset igenom tyget. Dålig ventilation. Det fanns inget på rummet, ingen hårtork, kylskåp eller kylskåp. Dörren ar tunn och harklande grannar hördes som de stod i rummet. Hissen var så skramlig så jag trodde den skulle bli min död. Gör dig själv en tjänst och välj ett bättre.

Nein nein nein

Das war wohl das schrägste und schrecklichste was ich seit langem erlebt habe. Ich habe ja keinen Luxus erwartet aber auch die sehr niedrige Erwartung wurde weit unterboten. Kein Lärmschutz zum Gang, 1cm Spalt unter der Türe, alles Alt, abgegriffen und verbraucht. Das Bett ist eine Holzplatte mit einer dünnen Matratze. Ich hatte das Glück, dass auch eine Schulklasse vor Ort war und die ganze Nacht gelärmt hat und die Türen geknallt hat.

Für 1 Nacht ok, aber mehr nicht. Sehr hellhörig vom pinkeln bis zum Koffer ziehen...der TV hatte auf keinem Sender störfreies Bild. Aber wie gesagt 1 Nacht völlig ok.

鍵かシリンダーキー。オートロックではない。アメニティが全く無い。清掃、タオル交換がない。タオルの交換をフロントで頼んだら、空室の鍵を渡されて、タオルを取ったら、鍵を返せと言われた。

Für eine Nacht war es ok. Aber viel zu laut, da ein club neben dran ist, zu hellhörig, alles etwas veraltet. Preis-Leistung stimmt auf keinen Fall.... Das einzig positive war, nah an meinem Veranstaltungsort.
