Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und äusserts hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt an bester Lage, man kann auch direkt in das Shoppingcenter Terminal 21 oder in die MRT. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls makellos und das Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich empfehle eine oder zwei höhere Kategorien zu buchen für die Aussicht und ein grösseres Zimmer.

It is a very good hotel in excellent location, with clean and big room as well as great service. However, I am very disappointed about the provided shower gel, shampoo as well as the hand soap. My family has 3 people in the room to use a finger size shower gel daily. Do I have to ask for more everyday? The hotel should know how to serve the customers without basic request! Hand soap is sticky and not hygiene, think about a dirty hand to use hand soap would definitely make the soap dirty and being used at the next time. I can't imagine this hotel not provide liquid hand soap! Sorry if the customers should not have high expectations on this premium hotel, or the hotel does not consider itself premium grade?

I ordered a 5 star hotel with vip Acess here to relax the last week in Bangkok. As a goldmember I can get a roomupgrade if room is available. But no, rooms were available, but no roomupgrade.But I got a drink worth 0,4 dollar. Great Vip Acess. You could not order a glass of beer or wine anywhere at the hotel. There was no message that told me no alocohol before I order the hotel.I ordered a taxi to airport today through the hotel got a old broken car with a lot of noise and a big crack in the front window. This hotels customer service is below zero. Stay away!
