他のビジネスホテルに比べ、防音がよくない。道路からの騒音も聞こえる。隣室の音も気になる。駐車場は外部の公共駐車場で、防犯面からも気になる。朝食は問題ないレベル。温泉も人工ではあるがゆっくりくつろげる広さでした。室内の清掃は問題なし。ただしコップ類は清潔さに欠ける。足利第２と一長一短あり、どちらに泊まるか微妙。どちらもホテル内で夕食をとることができるところは助かる。

ホテルルートイン足利駅前の皆さんにはとっても感謝しています。スタッフとサービスを4にした理由は、お部屋に電話をした際には切る時はお客さんのこえが終わってからのほうがいいかなぁ⁈と思いましたからです。まだお礼のあいさつの途中できられたので。セルフコーヒーサービスも嬉しかったです。

駐車場の台数が限られており、17時過ぎに到着したときには満車で、歩いて3，4分のところに駐車することになった。車の人は早めに行かないと少し遠い駐車場になると思います。

駅から5分コンビニは近くに1軒夜は夕食をとる店もほぼなく、20時前でことわられることもあり、ホテルの一階の居酒屋があって本当に助かった。お風呂は土日でも空いていて快適。
