on arrival the room was not ready. we were asked to return in an hour. we came back to find a long line of people all waiting for their rooms. the guy on reception just started his shift and said he has no idea why but no rooms were ready, cleaning would still be another hour. by this time its nearly 5pm, check in supposed to be 2pm. the hotel feels more like serviced apartments. the rooms are very big by any hotel standard, hot, full pressure shower, comfy bed, and warm. however the tv was hanging off the wall, the rooms didnt get made up unless asked despite the door sign requesting it. there was lots of mess in the lobby as they had a free coffee urn of the weakest coffee known to mankind. so people would pour a cup, then abandon it and these would add up all day long and no on would attend to it. no bell man, no real services and you have to pay per bag to be looked after if you want to store it after check out. lucky the room was big and warm or i wouldnt have been impressed. not what id call worth the money but it did the job.
