The hotel was older but in fairly good shape. It was mostly clean, but there were weird stains on the ceiling. The parking lot was safe, but loud at night. The breakfast wasn’t very good and the staff at the front seemed not interested in the guests.

I do not recommend this hotel. It did not feel safe for my family. Not in the best neighborhood, and the parking lot was way too busy for the number of people staying at the hotel. I saw several headlights coming and going. Plus, when I walked my dog around the side of the building, there were liquor bottles and cigarette butts, and I feared a good location for needles. The rooms were ok, but we found 3 dead bugs upon arrival, so no telling when that room was last cleaned and checked. The shower faucet we about to break off. Spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere!!

This place was super clean and everyone we encountered was super friendly. Every time we went out or came in and walked by the front desk we were spoken to and asked about the things we said we were out doing that night. They offered us an upgrade on our room because of it being our anniversary.

People who works for this hotel was excellent -- kind and courteous. They keep up the good work to make this hotel a great place to stay. That said, room was functional, good bed, clean bathroom, and a microwave and small refrigerator was a good addition. As I normally do not eat food in a restaurant (to-go to take it in the hotel room), large working desk was a nice touch as I spread everything yet room to spare. Even I do not mind my room was facing toward the IH-264, some people may be bother sleeping as the high pitch noise from the highway was pretty evident. I will recommend you to check the room description and book accordingly.

Check in was frustrating. They had to run my debit card manually for a $50 deposit (even though my room was already paid for) because their card readers have a habit of "freezing the system". Left for dinner with a friend and upon returning to the parking lot found broken glass and trash littering the parking area. My room faced the highway so I was unable to sleep most of the night because of road traffic. Was up early and attempted to check out. No one was on duty and waited over 10 min for an off the clock employee to acknowledge me. I was told they were waiting for staff shift change and I could just wait for an email (which I received well over an hour later as I was on the road home). Establishment was relatively clean, but overall my stay was unsatisfactory. Will skip this particular place if I'm ever in town from IL again.

It was a smooth stay , room was well kept , beds were comfy except pillows were pretty stiff . They did have big variations , to choose from of breakfast , it was also pretty good breakfast . The only con of our visit , is that we had no hand soap , and the water stopper in the tub was broke , came out completely. Overall nice staff and was a good hotel & stay .

NEXT TO 264 AND THE ROOM SHAKES ALL NIGHT AND YOU CAN'T SLEEP! This hotel doesn't feel safe either inside or out. It's very dimly lit and the hotel smells throughout. They try to overpower it with scents and it's overwhelming. It smells like wet cats and I don't know what. It's disgusting. Further, it's not in a safe area. As if this all wasn't bad enough, it is literally 20 feet from a very busy highway...264!!!!!!!! You will not sleep at night if you are on the road side and they will put you on the road side, even if the hotel isn't full. If I could give a zero stars, I would.
