Quite simply, extraordinary. This beautiful hotel is a hidden gem. Family run by Luigi and his adult children, they take service to a new level. Our room itself was not extravagant, but the accompanying balcony looking out on the coastline was amazing -- one of our family's favorite parts of a 9-day trip to Italy -- and the staff was incredibly helpful, moving dinner reservations around for us, booking a water taxi for us, and providing a free shuttle service to spots in Praiano and Positano that would have been quite difficult to get to otherwise.
