Stayed a few times for business. Rooms always clean and food great. First time I used the 'spa' facilities and would avoid. Dirty and run down. Otherwise good base for work trips.

I was a little worried that the hotel only offered double beds, and I prefer a king size bed, but the room that they provided for us and the two dogs was a king size bed, comfortable, clean, provided everything we needed. Ground floor accommodation for the dogs so it was easy to take them out when they needed,dog friendly areas in the restaurant without having to eat in a bar area was nice, plenty of parking available, lovely leisure area, although the pool was cold - the boiler had broken down,but the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were great, and even though we were there for business meetings, I managed to squeeze in some pamper time, which was just lovely. And so much value for money for the whole trip.

Lovely decor and very comfortable. Accessible room extremely comfortable. Access to the rooms is horrendous. Up a very steep hill over very bumpy ground. I almost didn’t manage to push my partner up the hill. You can walk through the hotel if able bodied but there are steps. May be one of those lifts or a gradual ramp would make it a lot more comfortable.

Amazing spa and at least our 10th weekend there, probably our favourite hotel with the best spa however, the hot tub was not hot despite us raising this with them and its always a highlight of our visit. Not sure if theyve a change of staff or cut back's or what but it did affect whats usually an amazing weekend stay.

2 night stay in luxury suite

Never stayed in a Best western hotel before,so was really happy with it,stayed in a king suite as was my hubbys birthday present for 2 nights away,staff were courteous and helpful, lots of food choice and nice surroundings, waaclose to the racecourse where we were going ,so was perfect.

I would stay here again

The outside of the building leaves a lot to be desired when you park in the car park but don’t be fooled. The inside is absolutely fine. Staff were very good and the food was also very good and breakfast starts at 7 o’clock. Wi-Fi is good lots of free parking.
