Great hotel. Ask for a corner room if possible… mine was huge. Housekeeping staff, as always in Japan, extremely friendly and courteous. For the price it’s outstanding.

櫃檯人員態度冷漠，房間整潔度不好、浴室有霉菌。

搭乘高速巴士外套遺落在車上，央請櫃檯人員幫忙打電話詢問被斷然拒絕，又央請馬場小姐能否幫忙查詢JR巴士的案內所地址方便指引方向，依舊態度倨傲冷漠要住客自行查找，一點點協助也不願意；房間內狀況：床頭櫃與床間壁紙地毯脫落明顯、整潔度不佳、浴盆旁有霉菌斑點。備品種類不多，另環保拖鞋質材屬少見的差。
