Superb hotel!

This is a superb hotel with a beautiful interior and very tasteful furnishings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when passing through the area.

TrĂšs belle chambre avec une belle dĂ©coration. HĂŽtel trĂšs bien tenu. Mais il n’y a qu’un seul accueil pour deux Ă©tablissements et si vous ĂȘtes en ville vous devez aller Ă  400m pour le checking. Pas d’appel tĂ©lĂ©phonique pour prĂ©venir de cela. La chambre a Ă©tĂ© faite mais la bouteille d’eau n’a pas Ă©tĂ© renouvelĂ© et pour une chambre double , nous n’avions qu’un seul sachet de thĂ© et une seule dosette de cafĂ© ou une de dĂ©cafĂ©inĂ© sans lait (non renouvelĂ©s aussi)

Arrivée compliquée, les propriétaires ayant 2 établissements. La réception et le restaurant (pet. déj.) sont déplacés en été dans l'autre hÎtel, proche à pied, une fois que vous avez les informations (parcours charmant dans le centre de Chùtillon), mais pas en voiture : les Jardins de la Tour. Nous n'avions pas été prévenus. Parking également aux Jardins. Sinon, parking sur grande place devant hÎtel, mais pas le samedi pour cause de marché. HÎtel de la Tour, de charme, certes, mais un peu sombre et besoin de rénovations. Notre chambre n'était pas de 1er choix, dommage, si l'on en juge par les photos vues avant réservation, pour un prix assez élevé. Propre et accueil agréable. Les Jardins de la Tour sont bien plus agréables, beau bùtiment dans un parc, vraiment charmant. Chambres à tester...une prochaine fois ? Magnifique village fleuri de Chùtillon sur Chalaronne.
