Dirty rooms, room was dank and wet, noisy, rough neighboorhood, cold during the night, lock was broken off the door, firealarm covered in a plastic bag. All in all a horrifying experience. Can't recommend.

It was good and area well, it is what it is but it still has it's charm as I used to frequent the neighborhood from back in the day so I can understand how this neighborhood can have a full impact on travelers that are just coming here for the first time. Now on to the hotel that has just opened up a couple of months back this year so you should now hesitate to come check it out! The new Motel 6 used to be called The Regency Inn from back in the day but then they dropped the name and renamed it to Motel 6 many years later which is nice. It has its amenities that it offers such as free toiletries, heater, ceiling fan, hair dryer although couldn't find any in my room and the ironing board either but they could send it up if you call and ask. No complimentary breakfast at this time but they do have many stores and eateries in the area so do not hesitate to step out there to explore and check out! Just don't step out after dark but otherwise great stay so far despite of the noises that are coming from both outside and nextdoor as the couple has a German shepherd with them.

Wir kamen um kurz nach Mitternacht im Hotel an und uns wurde dann erklärt, dass unser Zimmer storniert ist. Eine sehr unentspannt Situation in SFO um diese Uhrzeit ein neues Hotel zu suchen.

Very bad neighborhood. People were smoking fentanyl on the streets and you had to dodge piles of poop. Water was pouring down in the bathroom from the room above us. With all the water leakage I’m worried about the structural integrity of the building.

It was unique I wasn’t aware of what to expect. It was a much older classic building. Yes, it could do it a little uplifting, but it was cute quaint, and the elevator worked. .

Area outside the hotel isn’t the best. But staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Easy to walk around the area. The only big thing I wish it had was ac. However having the windows open helped out significantly.

The hotel room did not even look like what the pictures show, no parking so it would take us almost 2 hours to be able to find parking. The room didn’t have AC, the bathroom didn’t have a vent & it was moldy
