Best part of the property were the animals and the interactions and activities related to the animals. The property was old and needed some updates. Due to the age and design of the rooms, the rooms looked dated. The room we booked was also way overpriced. Food options were limited, there were basically only 1 restaurant available for dinner and food was bland. Attraction was also old and many of the rides were rusty. Overall quite disappointing.

Everything was great about the resort except their heating system. Even after adjusting the heater to 30celcius, the room temperature was at 17 celcius all evening. The staff had to bring in a portable heater which only helped a bit. Think it was because the place was fully booked and their heater couldn’t handle the volume.

地方近六福村，對於小孩認識動物有幫助，唯房間有動物味道不好，但地方大。 如想吃東西餐廳食物一般，外賣也很遠，但酒店有親子活動，留大半天也可，但住超一晚會有點兒沉悶。

房間乾淨整潔寬敞、環保、服務人員態度親切

住宿時要稍微排隊拿房卡，晚餐較普通，buffet一人含服務費超過1000，沒有生魚片沒有牛排沒有酒精飲料，選擇較少稍為可惜。這是我第三或四次住六福莊，特色當然是窗外可見動物，孩子喜歡，所以回頭客。但動物種類數量每次都在減少，希望有改善機會。但理解受限於成本及通膨，確實不容易。房間乾淨整潔寬敞、環保、服務人員態度親切、窗外動物可愛及住房活動是優點。
