They said on hotels.com they take credit card then when I tried to check in they would only accept cash security deposit via zelle which I didn’t have in my account. They refused to take credit card and said they couldn’t. Didn’t give me the room and then charged for the full use of it. Platinum hotels member and they didn’t help. Chargeback initiated. False advertising in my opinion. Also this is for one bedroom we just round out in a shared apartment. Scary. Avoid at all costs
