We have stayed at Black Bear Manor several times now, and this property never disappoints. The rooms are spotless and charming, the location is perfect, and the onsite hosts Laura and Elizabeth are so warm, welcoming, and kind we've come to call them friends. Hands down the best overall experience in Ouray. Thank you for having us, we'll see you next time!

We found out we were in the smallest room there. We had no idea. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room and it was so very quaint! We had a choice of a home cooked meal, a vegie omelet. It was delish! Laura, the chief came out to ask us if we needed anything and then sat down an chatted with us. She a kind person. Made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The staff was excellent and went well beyond our expectations. Great location close to the river and the heart of town. Breakfast was very good both days we were there. We would highly recommend this B&B. It will be our first choice for our next visit to Ouray, CO.
