I did not stay at this hotel and I have requested Hotels.com to either reimburse my card or credit my account.
The site booked the wrong Courtyard by Marriott. I was driving from NJ to CT and reserved and paid for a booking that indicated Courtyard by Marriott in Norwalk CT. When I got the email confirmation, it indicated a booking NOT in CT, but instead in CA!!! I am reporting this to consumer protection agencies and online groups.
