Because it was an unmanned system, I had a hard time checking in, and the worst part was the phone connection failure. My flight was in the afternoon, so I wanted to check my bag and go, but the staff member said they were leaving at 2 p.m. and I had to pick it up before then, which was inconvenient.

Having stayed at numerous hotels in Frankfurt the location of this hotel to the central railway station or the Messe event center is only a matter of minutes walking. Right outside the hotel are numerous steakhouses and eateries of various cuisines. The rooms are clean and importantly quiet so if you need to work there is not street noise to disturb a good nights sleep when getting ready for a full day at work. This is not overpriced for the facilities it offers. I would stay again.

Mit viel Zeit bei der Anreise, ganz okay

Absolut schlechte Beschilderung das Hotel zu finden und noch viel schlechter das auffinden der Parkplätze beziehungsweise Tiefgarage zudem ist keine Rezeption vor Ort und die Notfall Telefonnummer blieb leider auch ohne Funktion. Also es bedarf definitiv Vorbereitung bei Anreise, sehr wichtig. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt zwischen zwei lokalen an einer unscheinbaren Tür Parkplätze zum ein und ausladen gibt es definitiv nicht vor der Tür und die Tiefgarage liegt auf der rückseitigen Querstraße des Hotels und lässt sich nur durch Personal über die Notfall Telefonnummer öffnen. Was zusätzlich erwähnt werden sollte, ist das die Einfahrt sehr oft zugeparkt wurde, was man aus dem Hotel Fenster gut beobachten konnte. Wenn man etwas positives hervorheben möchte, wäre es das Ambiente im Hotel, welches sehr schön designt wurde doch auch hier leider nur zu 90 % erfüllt an Tapeten wurden nicht gestrichen und zeigen ganz klar die Spuren der Zeit.

Hotel was clean today and spacious but area around was quite rough (just outside of Hbf so no surprises). Electronic check in on the street felt unsafe as all details could be seen by anybody passing. Would stay here again due to proximity to opera house and hotel itself was great.

The day I was scheduled to stay at this hotel I drove around in a circle for over an hour trying to avoid people there for protests/strikes. I could not find or access the parking that was advertised or even contacted about 6-8 hours later. I tried to make contact by phone 5 times in the hour I was looking Goethe hotel and parking and all I got was an AI answering service. I tried calling about cancellation and the AI answering service sent me in a loop never transferring me to a live person so I could cancel or even get a refund which was not even offered for the inconveniences I dealt with. I wished a person would have reached out more about my negative experiences.

Habitaciones a la calle muy ruidosas

Si tienes la mala suerte de que te asignen una habitacion que da a cualquiera de las dos calles, sera dificil descansar, y si es a la parte trasera (Münchnerstr.) sera la peor opcion. A partir de las 05:00 empieza a circular el tranvia y se oye, mucho. Si encima el extractor del baño se conecta cuando le viene en gana (con la luz apagada) a las dos de la madruga, a 4 y así hasta levantarte, tampoco descansaras mucho y ya para rematar, el desayuno no es que sea caro, que no lo es, pero es escaso y tienes que pedir que lo "rellenen" zumo, pan, etc. El pan es tema aparte, duro, descongelado (será porque alrededor no hay panaderías). Ya para rematar, no hubo televisión por rotura, pero nadie aviso al realizar el check-in. Así no quedan muchas ganas de volver. Comentado con recepción, todos los inconvenientes, la respuestas aun fueron menos convincentes: El extractor, hay que limpiarlos, se enganchan. La Televisión, hay una avería desde ayer, están arreglandolo (Avisen al Check-In). Del desayuno, no me queje. Lamentablemente ya no es lo que fue en su dia. Ahora es de ultimo recurso. Hay mejores opciones alrededor.

Minimalist with some noise

Was a little concerned when finally finding the entrance to this hotel However, once upstairs and to reception, felt a little better. Minimalist room, small but clean. Kettle and usual teas available. No fridge. Also no air conditioning which was an oversight on my part. Due to the side of the hotel my room was on, it meant I was also unavailable to open my windows without a vast amount of noise and one evening the smell of smoke from those standing below my window. Essentially nothing major wrong. Not luxury for sure but reasonable if you just need somewhere to sleep not spend lots of time.

Eles não tiveram flexibilidade para entrar na sala algumas horas antes. Tivemos que tocar várias vezes no interfone para alguém nos atender. A recepcionista foi muito imprudente ao falar sobre a equipe de limpeza e o serviço do hotel. Então ele nos designou um quarto preparado para uma pessoa, tivemos que pedir para mudar de quarto. Estava muito calor e não tinha ventilador nem ar condicionado. Abrindo as janelas não ar suficiente. Os corredores do prédio estavam todos arranhados e com uma aparência muito deprimente
