The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious( comparing to other hotels I've stayed at in NYC). The room was clean. The bathroom complimentary supplies, are plentiful and smell wonderful. Loved the location. For a city hotel, there was very little to no street noise even on the fourth floor.
