Cosy and elegant

This cosy little hotel is a pearl. Renovated and elegant rooms, nice and friendly staff, great location just next to Neumarkt and Rudolfplatz.

This has been one of my favorite hotels to stay at. It is beautiful, cozy and has great attention to detail. The staff are very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. The amenities, including those in the room are more than most hotels offer. I also asked for a late check and they said no problem and decided not to charge me the late check out fee, which was super nice of them. Love this hotel and cannot wait to return!

We stayed at Maison Marsil for our New Year's holiday. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room C2 was spacious, with three large windows overlooking the street in front of the hotel. The room was cleaned daily. It had everything you would expect from a hotel room. Overall, I highly recommend it. I should also mention that it is located in the city center, with access to all attractions and shops on foot or by train. Also, don't miss breakfast at the hotel with its amazing staff. I would like to thank the German and Dutch ladies, as well as the Italians, Luca and his friend. I would also like to thank the receptionist, Frank, who was very professional. If I visit Cologne again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel again.

This hotel is very accessible, with tram station nearby. There is a supermarket and dm in one minute walk. Staff are lovely and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast there, it costs €16. Overall it’s a lovely hotel.

This was a lovely hotel and very good value for money. The staff were always very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent - near the metro and the main shopping area. Only a couple of small niggles - no tea and coffee facilities in the room and it was slightly noisy at night time on Friday and Saturday. But that didn't detract from a very pleasant stay.

Second time at this boutique hotel which is really a B&B not a hotel. The room they gave me was ugly and beat up, considering how much it cost. There was no hotel staff available even at checkin. My room faced the back of the building which had more noise. Luckily, was there for only 1 night. I will not be returning.
