I made double payment in this hotel by mistake through even though its very clear that its double payment for the same room and they did not loose anything they refused to refund claiming its their hotel policy. They are very unhelpful. And try to take advantage of the guest. Doesnt care about the guest satisfation. The hotel is very old. Sheets and towels are worn out. The area is very noisy and it is hard to sleep at night. It deserves only 2 stars.

Relatively new hotel. Quick check-in. Facial recognition for door entry is ok for people that lose key cards, but more of a gimmick than helpful. The triple room is quite tight when storing bags for 3 people. Cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast was the highlight with friendly service at the cooking station and good variety. Location is good, but rooms facing the main road behind the hotel have traffic noise 24/7 as windows are not sound proof. Bring earplugs!
