The room was spotless, and the heating/air-con worked wonderfully. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty, at times down to two bars, but overall it was good. I found the security door open one morning when I came out, and no one was at the front desk. I closed it; that should not have happened. The place should be secure at all times.

The manager Elena and all the team I met during my stay from reception to housekeeping were lovely. Always asking how your stay and visit to Athens was and if there was anything they could do for you. Hotel it very central metro, sights, restaurants. Room clean, bed comfortable and shower great. It does take a minute for the hot water to come through. Some people mentioned noise but with the windows closed you could not hear anything, with the window open normal city noise. The fire alarm went off on my last night about 12:30am yes in the night. An inconsiderate guest decided they were going to smoke in their room. This is unacceptable in any hotel in the world now. Please be considerate of your fellow guests and the people working in the hotel. Thank you Elena and team for a lovely stay in Athens.

Otel tam merkezde, her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Metro istasyonlarına da çok yakın. Giriş işlemleri hızlı ve sıkıntısız. Karşılama görevlisi çok ilgili ve nazik. We chose this hotel not knowing two things in advance: There is another hotel named Ermou a block away, which has more amenities than does Ermou 26, including a restaurant, and Ermou 26 is on a pedestrian-only street so you have to walk a block or more to catch a taxi. Other than that, it was good. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the noise from street performers didn't last too late into the evening. The reception desk was not always occupied, but when it was the receptionists were very helpful and kind. Syntagma Square with train and bus stations is about 3 blocks away. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Elena and her team went above and beyond to assure that our small group of female Solo Travelers had everything they needed in every way and personal attention was truly welcoming.
