When we arrived we were given cards to our room. Went to the door and starting opening the door and heard the tv in the room going and the light was on. Quickly shut the door and went to tell staff. Was told the room was empty but put us in a new room. The new room had no heat. The bedding smelt like used bedding. This place use to be our favorite place to stay. Safety was not followed, and cleanliness was horrible. Will not be back

The poor girl at the front desk had to do everything, including cooking and doing the bar. She didn't know how to cook, she tried her best but it was terrible and it was only air fried stuff. The fries were almost raw. The room was dirty everywhere we looked even for a pet friendly room. The chair was very torn up, there was only 2 flimsy towels in the room, no washcloths or hand towels. The halls were dirty and cigarette butts covered the entrances despite a butt can. We didn't get cleaning at all while we were there, ran out of toilet paper and had to get ourselves. My son's room had fabric almost completely peeled off the chair and their headboard was all smeered like someone tried to clean it. The paint was falling from the ceiling. I know it was cheap but it was just nasty. Worst hotel we have ever stayed. Had to go to second floor for the ice maker. Do not recommend staying here!

Room was run down but fine. Breakfast was terrible. We had to get our room keys redone several times a day because they didnt work. They never once offered to clean our room or give fresh towels in our 5 day stay. The parking lot and sideswalks were never attended to.

The room was deplorable, walls were paper thin, bedding and towels were dingy and stained with random hairs all over it, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well in over a decade, window ac was inoperable. Staff were accommodating but there’s only so much you can do when the filth is so overwhelming, I slept in my clothes on top of the covers and barely slept for a few hours until daylight so I could get the hell out of there and back on the road.

Our first room was a bit dirty the toilet ran all night long and didn’t flush ..switched rooms 2nd room bathroom door knob was broken , refrigerator sounded like a train our room door only shut and locked if you slammed it hard . Milk at breakfast was sour coffee tasted like it was a week old biscuits hard as a rock gravy was like water , very dirty and trashy hot tubs were out in parking lot . Room was significantly less quality than pictured. Bath tub was grossly stained, floor needed to be swept, sheet rock on the ceiling looked like it was recently patched but still looked questionable, window treatments were half hanging off. We went to check out the hot tub are and were disappointed to find that it’s in the parking lot, the mountain side view pictured is quoted deceiving. We also found lots of dog poop right by the gate to get into the hot tub area, looked like it has been there a while. At this point we decided we should check for bed bugs, went back to our room and started pulling sheets off the edge of the mattress. We did not find signs of bed bugs but our sheets had blood stains. Went to front desk and asked if we could change rooms and was told that the only other room available had an active leak in the ceiling so we could not have it. We were denied a refund. Ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. I understand it’s a cheap hotel but the place should be clean at a bare minimum.
