The room was large and clean. The bed was a little stiff. The bathroom shower floor was flush with the main floor and so it was often sopping wet. It advertised free parking however that is only first come first serve. Although we did find a street parking, I would have preferred to park at the hotel. The hotel was extremely loud and echoey and all the noise was coming from inside not outside banging doors, squeaky elevator, thin walls, etc..

Parking is very limited Room had smoke detector covered with a plastic bag Towels were dirty Bed sheets were dirty No comforter on bed Overall experience was very bad I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy! And please READ the policy before booking there is absolutely no refunds!

Room was clean upon arrival, staff were pleasant. Sound proofing could be better, with this in mind the staff should ensure noise is kept to minimum after certain hours. We had to ask the team a few times for room cleaning which still wasnt done. But not the biggest issues and thus given 4 stars. Route to Subway was nice and easy both day and night.

This room is definitely not like the pictures. Don’t be fooled. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The sheets have areas where is dirty, the bed is hard as hell and towels/ wash clothes are brown looking. Wasn’t comfortable here at all. So glad it was only one night. It’s not newly built at all it’s just some areas are renovated.

The 2 train to NYC was a very close, a short walk around the corner. McDonald's and a nice local deli nearby for morning coffee and breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean, modern room and amenities.
