The fountain in the front was surrounded by a weedy garden and it is supposed to be the frontispiece of the property. The unit needed a refit to make it more up to date.

Where do i start! Leaking toilet cistern held together with brown packing tape, towels threadbare and even holes in them, dirty stained dining chairs, net curtains on ranch slider door about 24 inches too long and a real tripping hazzard, iron cord damaged with bare wires showing, electric cooker cracked, bedroom side tables in poor condition.

Place is a little run down and needs a lot of renovation. However unit was clean and had all the utensils you need. It is situated on a main road so if you have a unit at the front, street noise at night can be a problem. Manager was friendly and check in quick.

I have stayed here before so it makes life easier to use somewhere you have been before. They are very easy to find and handily situated to McLean Park if you are heading to Napier for the cricket. Sky TV and a swimming pool complete the package. AC also appreciated.

Mérite grande rénovation

L'accueil superbe, avec le sourire, bien. La chambre était spacieux, bien aussi. Mais après ça va plus : le soir on découvre que les draps sont mal lavé, sale, la tapisserie décolle de partout, l'humidité remonte dans les murs, ils sont moisi, bref ça mérite une grande remise à neuf. Enfin pas seulement que tout est vieux mais en plus durant 6 jours pas un seul ménage, les draps et les serviettes pas changé et même la poubelle n'était pas vidé. Séjour d'une semaine pas vraiment bien.
