I had an exceptional stay at Hanoi Solis Hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the Old Quarter and just steps from Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful amenities and stylish décor. What truly stood out was the staff—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring; they made me feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooftop infinity pool and sky bar offered great views and a peaceful vibe. Overall, it's a luxurious boutique gem in Hanoi that I would gladly return to.

I had a fantastic experience staying here! The room was spacious, clean, and airy, with modern amenities that made it very comfortable and relaxing. What a lovely and memorable place. The hotel manager and staff made me feel right at home. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I felt like I was lying on a cloud. The breakfast was 11/10. I could reach to Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market and good restaurants within a few minutes walk. I will definitely come back here soon.

We stayed at Hanoi Solis Hotel as a family of four, with two kids aged 9 and 13, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. A special thank you to Ding, who arranged everything for us—from airport transfers to local tours—making our stay completely stress-free. His attention to detail and kindness made a big difference. One of the loveliest touches was a handwritten note from the management waiting in our room upon arrival. It made us feel truly valued and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was perfect for our family—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, which offered delicious meals that pleased both adults and kids, and the Solis Bar was a fantastic place to relax in the evening with a beautiful view over Hanoi. If you're visiting Hanoi with family and looking for a hotel that combines comfort, heart, and exceptional service,Hanoi Solis Hotel is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!!
