We stayed over NYE and had an excellent time. This hotel is in the right spot if you’re looking for an authentic experience in Hanoi. The second you step out the front door there’s cafes, spas, bars, and tiny hole in the wall restaurants that serve up quick and delicious bites! Not to mention you’re a short walk from the lake and other really cool spots. I will mention there is very noisy traffic and music outside, especially when the church is in service. If you are sensitive to noise this is not the place for you. But if you can look past that, it was truly a terrific place to stay! A special thank you to the staff for your kindness and hospitality to our family!

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Big shout out to John, Kimmie, Brian, Peter and the wonderful manager Mr. Harry. My room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is on a small street away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, so when you get to your room after a busy day of sightseeing, you feel right at home. The spa with massage treatments is an added plus. Had a great foot massage after a long day of walking. Breakfast buffet is great with good variety of food.
