Great location in London. Staff were welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good selection of both hot English breakfast and cold items like cheeses, fruits or cereals. If I'd change one thing, I'd say the room itself felt a bit dated and we weren't convinced the air con was doing much. Still was a plesent stay!

Water went off and when back on trickled out so couldn’t even enjoy a bath our room was underground and next to some sort of generator or noisy something out the window meaning we barely slept in the tiniest double bed. For the price the quality of stay did not reflect and over a week later I still haven’t got my deposit back.

Hotel in easy reach.

I as looked after very well by the staff. They were friendly and polite. The hotel is situated in easy reach of a number of places and I was able to walk to St Paul's Cathedral in about ten minutes.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish staff were absolutely amazing, had a double rather than a booked twin but changed the room instantly without any issues. Concierge was really pleasant, couldn't fault it apart from didn't have a 24hr bar which admittedly is few and far between now. Raissa was so welcoming and genuine, will definitely be coming back
